Hacia una medicina de la conciencia

La vuelta a la naturaleza
por Dr. Mariano Giacobone

English version at bottom

Nuevas enfermedades mentales, nuevos medicamentos.
Virus poderosos, nuevas vacunas.

Towards a medicine of consciousness
The return to nature

In this age of technification and dehumanization, medicine and the Health System are not apart.

The old "art of healing" is disappearing. Modern doctors have lost the ability to diagnose and the wisdom to cure, and this is because there are more and more technological means that inform them about their patients and the drug market has grown exponentially, to the point that we can talk about the "business of the illness".
There are more and more diseases and there is less and less health. The germs are getting stronger, to the point that they have already been declared "public enemies", the antibiotics to fight them are getting stronger and more devastating.
This shows the general weakness of the immune system of most people.

New mental illnesses, new medicines.
Powerful viruses, new vaccines.
For the deadly cancer, heavy artillery.

We celebrate World Diabetes Day every year. World day against cancer. World day against hepatitis (promoting vaccines). Even "World Day of rare diseases", etc, etc.
Organized by the International Diabetes Federation, the National Organization for the Rare Disorders, the International Association for the Study of Obesity, the Global Alliance of Sepsis, the International Union against Cancer! '(Does not sound like Star Wars?!).

Well, there is also a "World Health Day" but far from promoting and stimulating it, it was set up to "make people aware" of the disease and have the resources to "overcome it".
As long as the "disease" is considered an enemy to overcome, we will continue to treat it as such. And the methods used will end up being: "ammunition of war".

If it works well, and it is a success of medical science,if it does not ... it does not matter...the next one, please! "We did everything possible for the patient, to the point of destroying it and it did not help, we regret it ...". It is often forgotten that it is the body that heals, the own healing ability of the cells. In any case, medicine goes (or should go) in favor of these processes. The cells are intelligent ... (A little more respect and humility dear Doc!).

But today we know that chemotherapy is extremely toxic, kills everything in its path and leaves the patient with scarce resources to survive, and a few do ... but at what cost? On the other hand, perhaps they would have cured themselves with other less bloody methods.
However, this is not the interest of those who sell medicines and treatments and get rich with them.

The adverse effects of medications are generally worse than the disease and some are not even known, since many medications are in the experimentation phase (in humans!) And other dangerous effects are explained in very small print !.

Vaccines are another source of control and disease. We can say that they are "biological weapons", inoculated with the methodology and strategy of war: First, the conflict is created, then a solution is imposed, and lastly, a new order is established that guarantees peace or health in this case.

We already see in history the results of this methodology.

The education imparted and the "culture" lead us to accept this inhuman and materialistic form of medicine, confusing it with "science".

Doctors are trained to "fight" the disease without knowing the true nature of it. They have more confidence in "designer drugs" of the latest generation and in bloody and sophisticated methods, than in the healing ability of the body itself and in natural methods, used ancestrally and proven effective.

It can be understood that "scientific" medicine is the predominant form, since in addition to educational conditioning, most people have weakened immune systems, due to their way of life and their bad habits (food, emotions, lack of exercise), or bad genetics, this fact coupled with ignorance and fear, inevitably lead to hard methods.

The problem with modern medicine is that in most cases the side effects and the quality of life during the treatments are bad or at best "inconvenient" for the patient.

Another important point. Modern medicine treats diseases, not people. Does not take into account the reality of the patient and each case in particular and this way or another, ends up "selling" treatments, (usually unnatural and expensive).

For all this and much more ... the return to the natural is essential.
Return to a more spiritual way of thinking and understand life and its processes in a comprehensive, global way, taking into account the person as a whole and understanding that the disease is not the "enemy" but a process that emerges for a cause prior and is expressing a situation of imbalance. So rather than "killing the undesirable" the condition of imbalance must be corrected and this is the most difficult thing and what makes medicine an "art of healing", a way to provide relief and healing, understanding and balance, and that the result is healthier, stronger and happier and not "eternal" individuals hooked to the health system.

Obviously there are exceptions and particular cases where it is mandatory to act in an imperative way (medical emergencies, accidents or serious illnesses), but once recovered, natural therapies should be chosen, because in this way the regenerative processes of the body will not be obstructed, on the contrary , will be strengthened.

Health depends on the joy of living and is maintained with a varied and natural diet, with adequate exercises, sufficient rest and positive emotions.

The quality of life is important and does not depend on money or accumulated assets or your social status, but on the wealth of knowledge and a generous and grateful heart.

Principios para la sanación

Principles for healing

Health depends on the joy of living

 Dr. Mariano Giacobone
English version at bottom

-Descansar y aprender a relajarse

Mens sana in corpore sano.

English version

These general principles are also valid to cure any chronic disease or condition, including cancer, addictions, imbalances and to maintain the health of the body-mind.

-View the healing and the good state of each organ.
We know that thought is a wave that carries energy and information. Visualization creates images that the brain interprets as real. More intense (vivid) is the image or representation, the more intense the effect (physically speaking).
As we have already seen, the brain does not differentiate with the information that comes to it. It manages real information in the same way as an imaginary one.

This wave of information has the power to eliminate harmful programs and regenerate tissues.

"Belief" is the key. If you think you can heal, you heal. If you believe in illness, you will always be sick.

-Develop breathing
Breathing is essential. It is directly linked to life and death. It is the first thing we do at birth and the last thing we will do when we die. We can be without eating, even without drinking several days, but we can not stop breathing for a few minutes.

There is, and very exactly a relationship between breath and spirit, we can direct our spirit by breathing. In turn, the way we breathe demonstrates our mental state.

If you get angry or sad, dissatisfied or sick, and if you seek to calm or relieve yourself, concentrate on the soft and deep, imperceptible exhalation, below the navel and you will immediately find calm and your body and spirit will become peaceful and will recover the normal condition.

This is very important. Body and heart calm down. If your stomach hurts it is useless to think about this, but it becomes more painful. Same with the headache. It is best to concentrate on the exhalation and thus calm down. It is the best method. But it is necessary that the exhalation be long, soft and deep.

A Zen proverb says: "Wherever thought arises, the spirit appears."

But from where do we think? What path does thought follow in our body?

It arises from the nerves and autonomous (vegetative) centers to go to the hypothalamus, then to the thalamus, then to the old cortex and finally to the neocortex.

This is how thinking works.

The hypothalamus is very important. It is the root of thought and memory, it is the point of union between the body and the spirit, between the brain and the organs of the body.

It is part of the limbic system, responsible for processing emotions, memory, sexual instincts and hunger.

In almost all people of this "modern civilization," the hypothalamus is weak. If we turn it strong, we avoid diseases and win in instinct and intuition.

To strengthen himself, he also needs the energy of the heart, of his "fire".

It is proven. Those who follow the doctor are condemned to return more and more. It is a psychosomatic phenomenon. Sometimes it is necessary to consult a good doctor, if we feel the body sick. But you have to consult one who has a comprehensive vision of yourselves. The specialists often see only one part of the body and also in hospitals do not take into account your personality or your temperament.

We can control our body and our spirit by ourselves. Controlling the spirit with the spirit is very difficult. But we can control our spirit with our breathing. Is easy.

To want to control the spirit through the spirit is like wanting to put out the fire with fire. More fire is produced. To extinguish the fire the water is the most indicated.

In the same way to cure illnesses and ward off sadness, suffering, anxiety, it is best to concentrate on the exhalation. Thus we become calm. But it is necessary to make a very long and deep exhalation, without cutting it before inspiration.

Also to breathe long it is necessary to breathe softly, imperceptibly, deeply. If we concentrate in this way, our brain becomes fresh, the circulation of blood and energy is renewed, the gaseous exchange in the lungs is activated, the cough is calmed, the pain is mitigated, the symptoms disappear.

The daily breathing exercises are the basis.

Through breathing we can calm the mind and make the vibrations of the brain become coherent and therefore more effective when it comes to processing data and managing information.

Neurons are oxygen devourers. They do not need much, but without O2, it decreases their performance and eventually they die.

-Calming the mind and thinking positive

Mental control is an essential mechanism in every healing process. It is essential for a correct adaptation to the circumstances and to prepare an adequate response.

Happiness is a coherent shock wave that not only avoids mental disorder, but organizes our spirit and puts order inwardly.

Mental concentration increases the coherence of brain waves.

Concentrating our spirit in some thing or action, generates a great influence in the internal sphere and in the environment.

In everyday life, most people can not concentrate. They spend all day chatting senselessly and looking outward without being able to concentrate on one thing. His spirit wanders. Some even take the form of a ghost, without roots and dragged by any wind.

On the contrary, if we develop concentration and attention capacity, and acquire the habit of observing deeply in our spirit, true happiness and wisdom appear, sources of energy and information.

For this purpose it is important to discipline and order the psychophysical activity, so that it is not chaotic and promotes healing. A change in habits is imposed.

Positive thinking generates by its very nature, a coherent flow of energy and information that not only stimulates healing but helps prevent any disease.

It is information that manages the brain creating a reality in consequence: in this case, positive and favorable, which affects all levels of being: physical, energetic and spiritual.

Positive thinking always generates a good feeling, cells respond to this stimulus by producing signals and the whole body listens and reads this message.

Positive thinking is said, but more correct is saying: positive feeling. The feeling includes the emotion and the emotions have a strong connection with the physical body.

- Eat only what is necessary, opting for natural and fresh foods (not processed)

Obviously, it depends on the needs of each person, their age, sex, activities and their state of health.

Not only is the caloric and nutritional value of a food important, but also its organizing power, and this is given by the characteristics of its cultivation, aging and manufacturing.

Organizing power refers to the ability of food to bring order to our complex organism and this is fundamental for the development of life and, of course, health.

This ability is related to the sun and photons.

Food stores sunlight and our body uses these photons to obtain order and information.

It is electromagnetism that serves to nourish and order the electromagnetic field of the body, without this, there is disorder, chaos and disease. Processed foods, sugar and refined flours, alter the electromagnetic field of the body.

Processed foods lose the ability to provide order at the molecular level, not to mention artificial foods or those produced without sunlight (indoor crops, hatchery birds). There are also preservatives, flavorings and colorants that diminish the quality of the food and make it potentially harmful.

That's why whenever you can you have to opt for natural foods from the region where you live and avoid junk food.

-Rest and learn to relax

Rest and night sleep are fundamental, it is the moment in which the body recovers energy and regenerates itself. The mind needs rest and sleep is an essential part of psychophysical health.

The incessant, especially mental, activity of daily life generates an overload in the internal system, so it is necessary to "stop the activity". It also allows the system to restart and can be restarted and regenerated again.

Relaxation is another important aspect, particularly because of the current way of life.

It generates tensions and blocks, which manifest stress, fear, worry and exhaustion.

-Make adequate physical and energy exercises

It is the best way to stay in good health.

Mens sana in corpore sano. This is very old and very trite but its meaning is always valid.

Exercise strengthens the body and increases resistance to diseases, stimulates physiological processes and the immune system, increases blood flow and energy by promoting oxygenation of tissues and organs and purification mechanisms, prevents stagnation and accumulation of Elements that should normally be eliminated. The mind calms down and relaxes. Physical and energetic activity feeds motivation and vitality and enhances the mechanisms of adaptation.

Adequate refers to each person must adapt physical activity to their needs and possibilities (age, condition, time of year, etc.) and not the other way around.

There are disciplines more complete and deeper than others: Aikido, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Yoga and also other martial arts are among the best traditional practices because in addition to optimizing the physical body, they allow to harmonize and develop energy and balance emotions.

The key is perseverance and regularity.

In this way you can appreciate the benefits.

The opposite of exercise is sedentary life: little movement, a lot of time sitting in bad positions, devices such as computers, cell phones, etc. (sources of emission of harmful radiation), little contact with nature, deficient oxygenation, excessive mental activity and tendency to stagnation (physical and emotional).

Exercise is health because to achieve it requires a minimum of health.
Exercise is healthy.

-Massage and self-massage

Massage is an excellent practice to maintain health and as a therapy for many diseases. The pressures and stretches in the body favor the circulation of blood (and other body fluids) and energy, promote healing and eliminate blockages. The weak parts are strengthened and the tense ones relaxed.

It is very important the assistance of a qualified masseur, but not only technically speaking, but also spiritually, that expresses empathy and desire for healing.

The self-massage and the daily stretches are very effective to improve and maintain health.

-Forgive and self-forgiveness

We must be able to forgive those who did us wrong and also ourselves for the evil we have done (and perhaps others) and for all the suffering we accept to live, for selfishness and ignorance and considering that in the past we were in the error. This observation originates a vector of equilibrium and its influence is expansive and positive.

Forgiveness is an act of cancellation. A return to zero. Generates a movement of energy and information that eliminates blockages and negative feelings and frustration entrenched in the depths of being. It is a liberating movement that is born in the heart but that is accompanied by the understanding that gives deep wisdom. This amplifies the electromagnetic signals of the heart (when released from a blockage) and this expansive energy translates into happiness and an increase in the healing capacity (resistance + regeneration).

The electromagnetic field receives this ripple generating a feedback that increases the information and energy received by each cell, which produce a "chemistry" chord. A chemistry of happiness.

Health and happiness have their own chemistry, the disease has its own.

As it is said: "it is preferable to be happy than to be right".

Forgiving is smart. The body knows.

-Develop a feeling of empathy for all beings

At the fundamental level we are intertwined. In quantum physics this property is called entanglement: particles that arise from the same source share the information instantaneously, the changes that one experiences are registered by the others even though they are separated by sidereal distances, to such an extent that they can not be considered as separate systems.

What we feel for others we feel for ourselves.

We perceive a universe of separate and individual parts due to a limitation of perception.

This is a reflection of Albert Einstein in this regard:

"A human being is part of a whole that we call" the universe ", and is limited in space and time. Inevitably he makes the experience of his being, his thoughts and feelings as something separate from the rest - a kind of optical illusion of his consciousness. This illusion is a prison for us, which restricts us and limits our personal desires and the affection reserved for our family".

Our task is to free ourselves from this prison by expanding our circle of compassion so that it embraces all living beings and nature in all its splendor. "

-Be grateful and learn to accept things as they are

What we have to live we must take it as a possibility of transformation and learning.

Giving thanks generates a positive reaction in the internal environment and in the environment. It is a harmonious and expansive movement that arises from the heart and affects even the body chemistry and the electromagnetic fields around us.

It also means opening your hands and letting go.

Gratitude is the best remedy for attachments and pettiness.

Thankfulness is a gift.

These principles must be understood and assimilated as a whole, as a whole. This is the most effective way, which also helps to eradicate bad habits and mental and physical tendencies.
